ASHK.IO ("the Service") enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and any sexualization of minors. This policy applies to all users, all content, and all AI-generated output without exception.
1. Strictly 18+
The Service is for adults 18 years or older only. Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated immediately.
2. Zero Tolerance — What Is Prohibited
The following are absolutely prohibited, whether real, fictional, illustrated, or AI-generated:
- Any content that sexualizes, depicts, or describes a minor (anyone under 18).
- Requests, prompts, or characters designed to portray minors in a sexual or suggestive context, including "age-play" intended to simulate minors.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
- Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to engage a minor.
This applies even though all characters on the Service are fictional and AI-generated: fictional depictions of minors are still prohibited.
3. Detection & Moderation
We use a combination of automated filtering (including model-level safety controls and a Safe Mode), prompt/content blocking, and human review to detect and prevent prohibited content. Attempts to generate prohibited content are blocked and logged.
4. Reporting
If you encounter content that may violate this policy, report it immediately via in-app reporting tools or our support center at https://support.ashk.io. We review reports promptly.
5. Enforcement & Cooperation with Authorities
Violations result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination. We preserve relevant data and report apparent CSAM to the appropriate authorities as required by law, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We cooperate with law enforcement.
6. Age Assurance
We require users to confirm they are 18+ and may apply additional age-assurance measures. Misrepresenting your age is a breach of our Terms.
