1. What we do with your data
Residents of California, Virginia, and certain other U.S. states can opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information and its use for targeted advertising.
We don’t sell your personal information for money. But we and our advertising partners collect data (identifiers, device IDs, and activity, for example via Meta, TikTok, and Google advertising tools) to show interest-based ads. Under these state laws, that may count as “selling,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.”
2. To opt out, do any of the following
- Use the “Do not sell or share my personal information” button on this page.
- Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser; we honor it automatically for that browser and device.
- Email support@ashk.io with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”
We do not require you to verify your identity to opt out. You may appoint an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where your state’s law allows it.
3. After we process your request
We stop sharing your data with ad partners for tailored ads. You may still see ads, just not based on your cross-site activity. Opt-outs are specific to each browser, device, and domain; if you clear your cookies or use another browser or device, you will need to opt out again.
4. Limit sensitive personal information
California residents also have the right to limit our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. To exercise this right, email support@ashk.io.
